JEFF HALE
Founder 

Mr. Jeff Hale has more than three decades of experience working on multi-million dollar projects to building and developing gas stations to smaller renovations. His projects are mainly focused on the Hawaiian Islands but projects have spanned across the Continental U.S. including Texas, California, Maryland, Florida, and Georgia. He is a graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Building Construction from the College of Architecture and Environmental Design. Among Mr. Hale’s significant accomplishments is the Galleria in Texas where he worked with the Project Management team on this $32M tower.

In the early 1990’s following his success in Texas, Mr. Hale joined Pan Pacific Construction as Project Engineer and Manager. He managed such projects as the $6M Pua Pump Station in Hilo and the $19M Luana Hills Country Club in Maunawili on Oahu, Hawaii.

Mr. Hale’s experience with Pan Pacific Construction and his years in management led him to pursue his dream of opening his company. He established W.J. Hale Construction, Inc. in 1996 in Hawaii. Mr. Hale has led a team of experienced contractors and engineers to create an award-winning company that has the flexibility to bid on large multi-million dollar projects or small projects.

Mr. Hale is committed to helping Hawaii’s youth succeed in business and provides apprenticeships and hands-on experience to qualified students.
